Andy Bell
Product Owner
Andy co-founded SIDE Labs, a no-code tech-for-good agency with clients including YMCA and Refugee Action, and HelpFirst, specialists in AI for care-giving organisations. Andy recently won the Holyrood Digital Public Service award for his work for Citizens Advice Scotland.
Angela Bradbury
Project Manager
Angela has 12 years of experience as a management consultant and executive in a range of tech startups, non-profits and corporates. She has held leadership positions in 3 organisations with contact centres, including one dealing with vulnerable clients, and an AI safety foundation.
Harriet Owen
Machine Learning Lead
Harriet was a caseworker and Special Needs administrator for 10 years before retraining as a machine learning engineer, giving her exceptional domain knowledge. She has exceptional hands-on experience of working through the subtleties of client and student needs.
Thomas Pomfret
CTO
Thomas is a product-focused software developer, with extensive experience in startups and small teams. Thomas was lead software engineer at Zencargo. Andy and Thomas worked together for over 12 years at Mint Digital, launching numerous apps and businesses.
Mark Dalgarno
Non-Exec Director
Mark is the Co-Founder of Create/Change, a consultancy specialising in digital transformation, agile delivery, and user-centered design. With over 30 years of experience in program and project management, Mark has led initiatives across various sectors, including government departments such as GDS, DfE and DCMS.
Sophie Keren
Consultant
Sophie is a passionate user researcher and service designer, with experience across a diverse range of projects. Sophie’s personal interests include inclusive education, gender equality and AI. Sophie has experience working with DfE and DIT.
